WeighPack Systems Inc. is pleased to introduce their brand new horizontal motion conveyor, the Easy Motion.  Using a slow forward/fast-back motion, conveying delicate products has never been easier.  This conveyor is ideal for fragile, easily separated and dusty applications like seasoned products, coated candies and product blends with a variety of shapes and sizes.

Designed to use the product’s mass to propel the product forward, the Easy Motion horizontal motion conveyor gently slides the product, eliminating breakage, seasoning loss and build-up and size separations.

Using servo-motor technology, the Easy Motion is a quiet alternative to traditional vibratory conveyors.  Operating at 70 dB, this conveyor can move product at speeds of 35 ft3/h (1m3/h).  With pans sizes of 3.5 ft (L) x 4.4 ft (W) x 3.5 ft (H), the Easy Motion can handle a variety of product sizes and weights.

Available with different pan configurations, fewer conveyors are needed to assemble a conveying line, therefore reducing system costs.

Complete stainless steel construction and a fully enclosed drive base makes the Easy Motion easy to clean and allows for quick product changeovers with little down time.

Easily integrated with a variety of packaging equipment including Weighpack’s CombiScaleTM Multihead Weighers and bagging machines, the Easy Motion horizontal motion conveyor is a perfect addition to fully automate any packaging line.
