Bpi.industrial says its sacks have “best” anti-static properties on market.
British Polythene Industries (Bpi) has launched a range of polyethylene sacks for storage and transportation of pharmaceuticals.
Bpi industrial, the division that has developed Pharmasac, said the range has the best anti-static properties of any similar product on the market.
Anti-static additives added improve safety by reducing the levels of electrical charge, which also ensures that material doesn’t stick to the surface of the sack.
The range includes additive-free options and can be produced with a high slip level to provide a smoother surface to provide an easier release of the contents.
The bags are designed to meet pharmaceutical hygiene and EEC and FDA packaging standards. They protect products from contamination without leaving a trace or residue on the contents.
Bpi.industrial commercial director, Roy McAdoo, described the sack as an “easy-to-use, fit-for-purpose solution to a diverse range of packaging needs” within the pharmaceutical industry.
The sacks can be produced in any size from 500 to 2000mm length, 380 to 915mm and 75 to 150 microns thick. |
