BARR Custom Manufactured Dock Floats Our custom made Dock Floats are manufactured at our fabrication plant in Abbotsford, B.C. To meet your specific requirements for boat houses & docks we mold high quality wrapped polystyrene floats using high density black polyethylene (HDPE). Our custom floats are available in a range of sizes, from 24" - 60" Width x 12" - 60" Height x 6` x 20` Length.
BARR custom floats are also available with a number of reinforcement and attachment options. Pressure treated lumber is embedded into the EPS core. This reinforces the foam billet along its entire length to provide greater longitudinal rigidity while also serving as nailing strips. Hot dip galvanized steel hardware is also provided to include a range of mounting options to secure the floats to decks and structures. |
