The DN-100 Denester System is a machine that accepts Becton Dickinson Nested Hypak® SCF® Syringes (Other nested syringes may be used). Two tubs are accepted and automatically placed at the pick-up station. Twenty (20) syringes are picked up at one time and deposited on a linear conveyor; this system can be used to supply syringes to inspection machines, labelers, and other downstream processing applications at rates of up to 400 parts per minute.
