DPM-100 Plunger Insertion Machine – For Feeding, Orientation and Insertion of Plunger Rods into Syringes
The Plunger Insertion Machine is a modular system that feeds, orientates, and inserts plunger rods into syringes. This system is suitable for different types of syringes glass or plastic. The Dabrico DPM-100 will assemble all types of prefilled disposable syringes and can be combined with a labeler. Output: 3,600 syringes per hour. After assembly the syringes with plungers are transferred to downstream processing applications.

DM- 50 Manual Denester - For BD HYPAK® and SCF® Syringes
Dabrico`s DM-50 Denester removes syringes from trays for processing at rates of up to 60 syringes per min. The tray is accepted and manually placed on the Dabrico exclusive pick-up station. Using the Dabrico Exclusive Syringe Handler ten (10) syringes are lifted at one time, and are deposited on to other applications.

DN-100 High Speed Denester - for Nested Syringes
The DN-100 Denester System is a machine that accepts Becton Dickinson Nested Hypak® SCF® Syringes (Other nested syringes may be used.) Two tubs are accepted and automatically placed at the pick-up station. Twenty (20) syringes are picked up at one time and deposited on a linear conveyor; this system can be used to supply syringes to inspection machines, labelers, and other downstream processing applications at rates of up to 400 parts per minute.
