“I started this company because in my early career, like so many others in the industry, we had to do all our planning, customer service and scheduling manually.” said Gordon Hay, CTI’s CEO “I felt strongly that ‘there’s gotta be a better way…’ and set about finding the right technologies to solve the toughest problems for paper mills and corrugated box plants. It seemed as if our industry applied computers to accounting and to process controls, but not a lot in between.”

Over the past quarter of a century, CTI’s expertise and product offerings have grown to include production management systems, supply chain management solutions, and applied optimization services. Most recently, CTI unveiled its newest solution, pkgWARE® ERP LN, a complete end-to-end business system, representing the first enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution developed and extended specifically for the corrugated packaging industry.

Recognizing the diversity of manufacturing environments throughout the world, CTI remains focused on developing advanced, intuitive systems built upon open standards/client server architecture; to ensure easy integration with the widest range of management information systems found throughout the corrugated packaging industry.
