Standard Ocean Containers, Flatracks, and Open Top Containers are loaded blocked and braced for ocean or rail transport. Chick Facilities also perform unloading services and cross docking for import ocean containers.
Flatracks are containers for oversize or overweight machinery that will not fit into standard containers. Open top containers facilitate loading tall machinery that can be loaded either by overhead lifting or through the rear door.
Items are secured by wooden blocking as well as polyester strapping secured to loops in the upper and lower corners.
We also block for containers shipped by rail transport. This requires extensive lumber and securing techniques. |
