Automatic Baggers
Weighpack Systems offers several types of automatic bagging machinery. Our baggers can handle a variety of bag types including polyethylene or laminated materials, pillow, gusset, stand up pouches and re-sealable bags with zipper attachments.

Vertical Form and Seal Baggers
These mid-range production machines are easy to operate, compact and inexpensive. They produce and seal bags made from polyethylene or polypropylene films at speeds up to 60 per minute.
They easily interface with any type of filling equipment. Available in our 750, 1150 and 1600 models for different film width sizes.
The VERTEK form and seal baggers are simple, compact and offer excellent value. Design for mid-range production, they can produce up to 60 bags per minute. Many options are available including code-dating, hole punch, bag gussets, gas flush and many more.
Vertek Jr.
This model can handle speeds of up to 50 cycles/min. and bag sizes ranging from 1” to 5” widths to 8” lengths.
XPDIUS Series
The XPDIUS offers the highest performance at a low price which makes it the most cost effective VFS machine available! This Servo-Driven bagger is a winner in the packaging industry with its reliability, low price and ability to package all types of products.
The XPDIUS is ruggedly built in stainless steel construction. The Servo-Drive offers smooth operation, precise control and positioning of the film. The XP800 can handle speeds of up to 120 cycles/min and bag sizes from 1” to 8” widths and 3” to 13” lengths.
Horizontal Baggers
These easy to operate baggers automatically positions a pre-made wicketed bag, opens it, waits for the product to fall and then indexes the filled bag to another work station. These baggers are capable of gas flush and vacuum packaging.
Swifty Bagger
Uses non-wicket pre-made bags and automatically grabs, opens, fill and seals the bag. This intermitent motion bagger runs gusset, pillow, flat bottom,zipper and stand-up bags. Its touch screen controls make the Swifty Bagger very user friendly. Ideal for liquids & powders. It can handle speeds up to 60 cycles/min and bags sizes from 3.5” to 8.5” widths and 5.5” to 11” lengths.
COMBI SCALES
WeighPack is proud to present the CombiScale. This model is available in 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 head configurations.
Designed for high speed applications, this scale is easy to operate with its touch screen controls and user friendliness. Weigh and fill over 100 cycles per minute and be accurate to the gram.
