This process involves making a custom bag from a foil barrier material. The bag creates an airtight environment around your product; no moisture from outside the bag can permeate into the bag. Pouches of Desiccant are placed into the barrier to reduce the humidity to 20-30% relative humidty. The product can then be shipped into areas with a high humidity content unaffected by the elements. This packaging is effective for up to 18 months with out incurring any moisture-related damage such as rust or corrosion.

Customers establish a min/max system and Chick orders product, kits and ships these items. This improves flexibility and responsiveness without the customer incurring additional labor or building space.
