LABELMATIXX® AC-400
The AC-400 family of automatic labelers is highly modular, allowing panel as well as wraps label application on almost any shape and type of bottles. It is ideal for production environments catering to a wide range of products on small batch runs.
Basic system
The in-line series AC-400 by Automatixx Technologies is a closed-frame labeling system that is equipped with servo driven label applicators. Supplied with a 10` conveyor and overhead belt, it will dispense labels at speed up to 3,000 inches per minute, which translate into more than 250 bottles per minute on side panel applications.
The AC-400 is PLC/touch screen controlled and offers automatic speed synchronization for easy set-up. In addition, a motorized wheel is used for product separation and label wipers are mounted on pneumatic rotary actuators to apply more or less pressure when it is required.

Versatility
Based on the options selected, the servo driven AC-400 labeler can handle oblong, square, rectangular, triangular, and round containers at speeds up to 250 containers per minute. This labeling system is a worry-free servo driven platform that will be customized to fulfill the exact needs of the manufacturers.
AC-400 FAMILY
What differentiates a panel labeler from a wrap-only labeler is mainly the overhead belt. After proper alignment through guide rails, chain aligner, feed screw or centering device, the bottle moves under the overhead belt and is slightly compressed between the conveyor belt and the overhead belt.
Both belts are mechanically synchronized in speed, thus maintaining the perfect alignment and position of the bottles while moving through label dispensing, primary wiping and secondary wiping, when applicable.
LABELMATIXX AC-410
This labeler is supplied with one label applicator and can be used to apply a side label with accuracy on any straight wall containers. It will also apply a label on 2 or 3 panels of a bottle by using the wipers mounted on pneumatic rotary actuators.
By adding secondary wiping devices, it can also be configured to apply a label on 3, 4 or 5 panels on rectangular or square bottles.
An aligning system will extend the versatility to oblong or odd shaped bottles to be decorated with a single label and a motorized wrap around system will handle most round bottles.
LABELMATIXX AC-420
With all the features of the Labelmatixx AC-410, the model AC-420 applies front and back labels simultaneously.

Options
Bottle aligning systems
Different ways of aligning containers are belt aligner, feed screw and pick-and-place centering unit.
Motorized wrap station
A motorized belt and rubber back up pad located after the label applicator will be used to rotate the bottles while it moves forward to apply the label around most types of cylindrical containers.
3-Point bottle aligner
The rubber back-up pad (of the motorized wrap station) is replaced with two rollers mounted on an air cylinder that positively grabs the bottle in 3 points, allowing it to rotate at a standing position to precisely apply the label.
Product/label orientation
A sensor is incorporated in the 3-Point aligner to detect a mark on a bottle and to apply a label at a desired position on the bottle.
Secondary wiping stations
In order to apply a label to 3, 4 or 5 panel, secondary wipers or foam rollers are necessary to manipulate the labels.
Coding systems
Used to identify your product with a lot number, expiration date or barcode. Automatixx typically offers Markem and Allen brands for hot stamp, thermal transfer or laser.
Vision inspection and reject station
Used to verify the information printed by the coders or to verify label presence. Faulty products are rejected by the system.
