| PRODUCT DESCRIPTION |
The ZA-28 series is a single-infeed line with rates starting at 28 bags-per-minute. Optional speed-up kits can bring the rates to approximately 35 bags-per-minute. The infeed can be on either the right or the left side. Adding a second infeed line creates the ZA-48 series with rates starting at 48 bags-per-minute. With speed enhancements, the ZA-48 can produce pallets up to 56 bags-per-minute.
- The top section can be rotated in 90 degree increments to accommodate a variety of pallet flow configurations with respect to the bag/package flow.
- Oversized tubes enclose the hoist chains for strength

- Layer Forming Plates are motorized, Stainless Steel and ride on UHMW bearing surfaces – no high-maintenance, high cost bearing shafts. Replaceable wear strips for low maintenance. |
