Automated Packaging provides a complete line of baggers, void-fill air pillow systems, imprinters, infeeds and conveyors for semi- to fully-automatic packaging operations. Genuine Autobag Bags-on-a-Roll Materials
Bag quality is a key part of packaging quality and overall system uptime. Automated Packaging Systems manufactures its own plastic bags to rigid tolerance standards exceeding those established by the Flexible Packaging Association (FPA). The company offers a wide variety of films in multiple gauges, from standard polyethylene to complex co-extruded materials. Multiple bag features are also available, including reclosable zippers, resealable flaps, tamper-evident perforations, and more. An in-house graphics department is available for custom-designed artwork to be printed in up to six colors on two sides of the bags.

The AirPouch Express 3 Tabletop Void-fill System provides on-demand, easy-to-use air pillows for high packing productivity, reduced shipping costs, and increased customer satisfaction. Operating at speeds over 50 feet per minute in semi-or fully-automatic modes, the AirPouch Express 3 creates continuous strips of air pillows that are ideal for all protective packing applications. Weighing in at just 35 pounds, this compact, all-electric system features operator friendly controls and virtually maintenance free operation. Simply plug the unit in, load the air pillow material, and start packing.

This high speed bagging system is engineered for high productivity, automated packaging operations using Autobag bag-on-a-roll materials.
