Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machines
With over 20,000 of systems installed worldwide, the ARPAC GROUP specializes in manufacturing heavy-duty, standard and custom-designed pallet stretch wrapping systems for a wide range of industrial users. Operators are now free to perform other tasks during wrapping cycles. The ARPACSTRETCHTM line of semi-automatic and automatic pallet stretch wrapping systems handles just about any pallet load, lightweight or heavy, stable or unstable, and can be integrated into any conveyorized production environment. Each ARPACSTRETCHTM system is designed with the customer’s specifications in mind, taking into consideration: load size; line speed; film gauge; and other environmental and material handling concerns. With many standard models to choose from, including economical semi-automatic machines, high-speed automated turntable, and rotary tower systems, you're sure to find exactly the right machine to match both your application and your budget. ARPAC semi-automatic stretch wrappers are manufactured in 3 types of wrapping configurations -turntable, rotary and orbital. Platform for normal pallet loads; rotary for unstable, large or heavy loads; and orbital for long and other specialty loads. Load capacities range from 4,000 - 8,000 pounds on turntable stretch wrapping machines, to unlimited for overhead rotary arm models. All turntable machines are available in the high profile or low profile option. The high profile design prevents fork truck wheels from driving onto the turntable while loading and unloading. Low profile is preferred for loading with a hand pallet jack or motorized pallet truck. Are you looking for reliable 5-sided stretch wrapping of pallet loads? The ARPAC COVER-PAL 6000® Stretch Hood System, is the new generation of automatic stretch hooding technology. This machine covers pallet-held products on the top and sides, allowing for pallet load storage with strong environmental protection against dust, water and shipping damage that can occur during storage or transportation. The COVER-PAL 6000® Stretch is ideal for products destined for warehouses, home centers, construction and freight yards. All ARPACSTRETCHTM machinery offers a unique combination of flexibility, rugged durability and user friendliness that is second to none.
