Agent Quality Control provides a custom wireless ``in line`` solution to identify harmful impact and vibration on beverage filling lines and glass manufacturing facilities.
Sensors installed in a replica vessel of the product, as specified by our customers through internal engineered drawings, are placed with real vessels moving uninterrupted though the facility, all the while transmitting data to a remote handheld computer. The user can then view the data and receive programmable alerts on what is happening to their product.
Data is shown instantly, allowing customers to quickly identify problems or proactively determine where a problem may develop in order to: reduce waste in the supply chain, improve the incidence of line shut downs or reduce set up and calibration times. |
