PD1 Pouch Dispenser
The PD1 Pouch Dispenser is a highly cost effective way to insert small pouches into a large variety of bottles and containers. It can be used for Desiccants, oxygen absorbers, sensormatic security strips, and a wide variety of other products.
Simply place our 8” deep x 19” wide x 8.5” height unit on your packaging line and you can be automating an otherwise time consuming process while leaving an incredibly small footprint. The PD1 is designed to run in any three shift operation alleviating the need for manual labor.

The PD1 Pouch dispenser comes with a state of the art TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY that makes the operation of all ABOX machines so simple that even an inexperienced person can operate them with ease. There are several initial options to choose from which lead to the operation of the machine including the innovative AUTO FEED option. This option allows the operator to simply insert the material into the in-feed, and the machine will do the rest to properly orient the material at the cut point. Combine this with the multitude of other available features, and you will have a machine that answers your every need in pouch dispensing.
GKAF Automatic Feed Cutting Assembly
The GKAF Automatic Feed Cutting Assembly is a highly effective way to accurately feed and cut your material. It can be used for a multitude of products that come in roll form including: papers, films, foils, and other similar flexible materials. Standard cutting widths range from 0 to 960 mm with the ability to cut up to any length. The material is fed with the aid of a stepper motor, and specially coated rollers that are pneumatically operated. This system ensures that the material is fed to the correct cutting lengths. The cutting is handled by our state of the art guillotine knife assembly with four (4) guide shafts for superior strength and durability.
