GKA Open Frame Knife GKA (open ended knife assembly series) is a very cost effective way to convert your flexible materials into manageable lengths. These guillotine knives can be used for a wide variety of materials including: paper, plastic films, foils, labels, thin gauge metals, foams, etc. They are available in sizes from 50 mm to 360 mm (Bottom Blade Length) and can have blades made from D2 Tool Steel, Stainless Steel, or several other materials upon request. PD1 Pouch Dispenser The PD1 Pouch Dispenser is a highly cost effective way to insert small pouches into a large variety of bottles and containers. It can be used for Desiccants, oxygen absorbers, sensormatic security strips, and a wide variety of other products. Simply place our 8” deep x 19” wide x 8.5” height unit on your packaging line and you can be automating an otherwise time consuming process while leaving an incredibly small footprint. The PD1 is designed to run in any three shift operation alleviating the need for manual labor.
