Biography

Ronnie Stronge is a founder of Transform People International Ltd - a highly successful UK based training and consulting organisation working globally with major corporations to deliver sustainable performance improvement through people and business transformation.

Apart from working at senior management levels to help companies define their strategies and then helping ensure effective teamwork and leadership to deliver on their goals, or sort out poor performance, Ronnie regularly plays the facilitator role and plans world class conferences for management teams or for their top customers.

Ronnie has personally delivered programmes and facilitated conferences and meetings worldwide – ranging from Beijing, Hong Kong and Singapore in Asia to Buenos Aires, Santiago Chile and Mexico City in Latin America plus numerous cities in the USA and Europe. His conference work alone has also meant working with senior managers from companies including Coca Cola, HP, Intel, BMW, Microsoft, Tesco, Wal-Mart, McKinsey, Reuters, Carlsberg, BT and AOL to name a few, plus academics and other experts in many business fields.

Recent speeches by him include that given to the British American Business group in Atlanta and at a number of European client events entitled “Trust or Bust” This addresses the challenge of how to build trust at organisation, team and individual levels and it has also been the subject of articles by Ronnie in a number of management journals.

CEO’s and other senior managers with whom he has worked and whose meetings he has facilitated on a broad range of issues would testify to his ability to get people effectively engaged to deliver worthwhile results and ensure there is real value from the sessions.
