Biography

Dr. Fox is the Founder of Chemical Accident Reconstructions Services, Inc., and is accredited in aerosol technology by the Center for Professional Advancement and the British Aerosol Manufacturing Association. He has been investigating aerosol products and their containers for over 12 years and has served as an aerosol consultant and expert to several aerosol companies.

Dr. Zhao is a post-doctoral fellow at the University of New Mexico’s Mechanical Engineering Department where he specializes in Finite Element Analysis and computer simulation of engineering problems.

Dr. Heinrich is a Professor and Chair of the Mechanical Engineering Department at the University of New Mexico.
