PerfecFlex CPT:A coextruded peelable film engineered for use with uncoated Tyvek. This system provides total package cost savings. When used with uncoated Tyvek, CPT offers superior performance with wider sealing parameters and no fiber pick-off or delamination as compared to conventional films. PerfecFlex ShieLLD film:This film provides more strength with less mass which means lower costs for header bags. Tests show that a 3 mil thickness of ShieLLD film has 3 times the strength of a 4 mil conventional linear low-density polyethylene, and provides a 25% yield advantage. PerfecFlex Nylon Forming Films:These films offer outstanding abrasion and puncture resistance. They deliver better performance at thinner gauges ( typically a 2 mil reduction, over EVA/ionometer/EVA forming films.) Customers get higher material yields at lower costs per package without compromising sterile integrity.

This system combines an advanced, multilayer, coextruded forming film with an uncoated medical Kraft-grade paper. Both components have been designed to work exclusively with one another to produce peelable, fiber-free seals. The Paper Lock™ Hybrid forming film (Specification 36608) is the first to offer the advantages of ionomer and nylon resin technologies in the same forming film. This combination yields a robust film with the following characteristics: Excellent formability > Ideal for applications requiring contoured tooling (e.g. syringe and pipette packaging) Superior durability and abrasion resistance > Outperforms ionomer-based coextrusions Excellent pocket retention Peelable sealing to Perfecseal’s 35886 uncoated paper> Eliminates the need for costly heat seal coatings The film’s mechanical strength advantage results in cost savings through down-gauging.
