June 2012, Woburn, MA - Vacuum Barrier Corporation is proud to announce their next generation of NITRODOSE® liquid nitrogen injection equipment.

Easydose G2, Easydose G2 Plus, Nitrodose® G2, and Nitrodose® G2 Pro, complement the existing line-up which includes the HS Aseptic and Linerter® II.

The G2 systems offer greater durability in an improved clean hygienic design, the latest in Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC technology, increased accuracy, the most compact dosing head profile, the lowest dosing pressure and fastest dosing valve response time.

In addition, all G2 systems now come standard with electric dosing valves for higher discrete dosing speeds, up to 2,000 CPM, with minimal maintenance. Two of the units offer increased direct LN 2 feed pressure, the highest in the industry.

The new line-up also offers the 3D (directional dose dispersion) dosing blocks available on any system, tailoring the dose to the application, whether it is cold-fill PET bottles, hot-fill cans, powders, vegetables, and anything in-between.

All G2 systems are equipped with Vacuum Barrier’s Smartsync Technology, enabling precise dose timing under all conditions by continuously monitoring the position and velocity of oncoming containers.
