The CapWatcher II Vision System is second generation technology for highly accurate inspection of plastic closures and caps at production line speeds up to 144,000 closures per hour. Inspection capabilities include color cameras to examine the inside for geometry, ovality, color deviation , contamination, liner integrity and quality of tamper band, if present. The System performs fully inspects the outside for height, spots and other flaws. A third module reads mold cavity numbers and provides cavity-related statistics. The optional HV module finds and rejects closures with micro holes. Intravis feeding systems and an exclusive vacuum conveyor allow easy integration into existing production lines.
