Synopsis

Most packaging group has encountered the challenges and the delights of finding and selecting custom designed equipment. The challenges are many and can constantly change over the course of years. The reason for this is that Custom Manufacturers come and go. Other reasons are that the ones that exist sometimes choose not to make some of the equipment that you need. It can be extremely difficult to even develop good specifications when searching for this equipment. Internally, the toughest part is to get a package design that can be transferred to a custom piece of equipment. What Marketing wants may not be what is economically feasible from a production standpoint. This article will discuss the steps to finding and selecting the best custom designed packaging line.
