Wide-format UV Inkjet Production Presses
The NUR Expedio™ printers are wide-format inkjet production presses that are well suited for the high volume needs of wide-format and superwide format digital print service providers.
These machines are the first of their kind – the first roll-fed wide-format inkjet production presses equipped with UV-curable inks.
The UV-curable inks used by NUR Expedio presses allow them to print on virtually any media available, including standard less expensive uncoated substrates that ensure low operating costs and higher profit margins. With NUR Expedio, users can also explore new premium priced printing applications on specialty media.
The NUR Expedio 5000 is capable of printing output up to 5 meters (16 feet) in width in either four- or eight-color operating modes. These machines can print 8-color, 720 dpi, high quality indoor signage for close-up viewing, as well as billboards and other superwide applications at super-fast speeds up to 150 square meters (1,600 square feet) per hour. Multi-roll printing capability even further increases productivity.
UV-curable inks are environmentally friendly. Their use in the NUR Expedio presses eliminates the need for costly solvent disposal equipment and addresses the requirements of environmental regulations in some areas.
NUR Fresco Series
Wide-format Inkjet Production Presses
The NUR Fresco® series printers are wide-format inkjet production presses that provide a digital alternative to conventional graphics screen-printing on short- and medium-run jobs. NUR Fresco presses are also well suited for the high volume needs of wide-format digital print service providers.
The NUR Fresco digital presses use piezo continuous drop-on-demand (CDOD) inkjet technology to produce high quality graphics for a wide range of applications. These include point-of-purchase displays, banners, sheet billboards, bus shelter graphics, posters, shopping mall displays, airport terminal displays and many more.
The machines can print on a wide variety of standard media including: PVC banner material, truckside tarpaulin, mesh, SAV, blueback paper, canvas, cotton and more in roll-to-roll or roll-to-sheet modes.
The series currently includes a choice of four- or eight-color models.
Our premier NUR Fresco II 8C models offer top-of-the line performance. The eight-colour system produces images at an apparent resolution of up to 720dpi and ensures true photo-realistic results. NUR Tempo™ series
Flatbed Wide-Format Inkjet Production Presses
The NUR Tempo™ series printers are flatbed wide-format inkjet production presses that provide an excellent digital alternative to conventional graphics screen-printing on short- and medium-run jobs.
The NUR Tempo digital presses use UV-curable inks technology to produce high quality rigid display graphics with no need for the extra finishing steps of mounting and lamination.
The flatbed presses can print directly onto a wide variety of standard rigid and flexible media including: corrugated board, foam-core paperboard, acrylic sheets, PVC, polycarbonate, fluted polypropylene, glass, wood and standard rolled media.
The series currently includes a choice of four- or eight-color models, available in two different productivity levels.
Our premier NUR Tempo model offer top-of-the line performance. Its eight-colour system produces images at an apparent resolution of up to 720dpi and ensures true photo-realistic results. At speeds of up to 82 square meters (883 square feet) per hour, the top-of-the line NUR Tempo presses deliver nothing short of true industrial strength productivity.
For print service providers wishing to enter the flatbed inkjet printing market with a lower up-front capital investment, NUR Macroprinters offers the NUR Tempo L four-color press. NUR Tempo L is fully upgradeable to the high-end model`s performance level.
