The XT conveyor is a twin-track, flexible plastic chain pallet conveyor. The XT pallet system is especially well suited for manual and automatic assembly and test in the electrical/electronics, medical and automotive industries. Standard pallet sizes up to 600x600 mm.
The XT modular concept allows simplified engineering and ordering, as well as fast configuration together with plug and play capabilities for improved productivity. The standard modules can be split into six groups: conveyors, transfers, stops, locating units, lift-and-rotating units and supports. Each module is quickly adaptable and reusable for future demands and can easily be integrated with FlexLink`s large range of single strand pallet conveyor systems. |

The Twin Track XT can be used for assembly, test and transport of receivers, computers, gear boxes, medical equipment, sewing machines, cell phones, housings, pumps, eyeglasses, automotive seat guiderails, and injection-moulded parts, fishing reels, car instrument kits and air filters. |
