The Evo-Fold is a new, low cost overwrapper manufactured by Marden Edwards in its UK factory. It uses the same tried and trusted method of operation of other Marden Edwards overwrappers but has been designed for lower speed applications of up to 40 products per minute.
The machine has been designed to be simple to operate as well as being straightforward to change size. To achieve the low selling price the machine is mass produced to enable economies of manufacturing scale.
The price of the Evo-Fold enables product manufacturers to enjoy the benefits of overwrapping very economically. Overwrap provides a high quality finish, access to the new bio-degradable wrapping films and a reduced cost when compared to polyolefin shrink wrapping. |
