The WR overwrapper range has been designed to meet the needs of high speed, seven days per week, twenty four hour per day production. Its frame and mechanical design of the machine ensure continuous, problem free running at speeds up to 300 individual packs per minute on the high speed version and 150 packs per minute on the compact, slower speed model.
The WR range utilises a six station turret enabling the tucking and lateral sealing operations to happen simultaneously. It can overwrap large format products, as well as smaller sized packs.
It is available with a full range of options to ensure that it is suitable for your application. Print registration of the film, automatic high speed film splicing, tear tape application and integrated pack collation systems are available. |
