The HTF 300 machine is designed for mass-market products that are produced in high volumes, but with the advanced size change system the 200 tube holders can be changed to the next size in only 2 minutes. For product change the machine has a max. down time of 10 minutes. The dosing pump is installed on a transport cart and can be very quickly and easily exchanged for a new one.
The tubes are fed by a fully automatic robot, which does not require any special pattern of the tubes in the empty tube cartons. Even if some tubes are missing in a box the system works without any problems.
This allows gentle filling of fragile products and also products with solid pieces. Even the so-called ``Dual Tube`` with tube-in-tube technology can be perfectly filled at a speed of 250 pieces per minute! |
