The TM overwrappers is a new range of trailing edge seal overwrapping machinery. The machine has been designed to meet the exacting needs of the DVD wrapping, cosmetics and perfume wrapping industries by providing an ultra high standard of overwrap. These exacting requirements can be achieved at speeds up to 60 packs per minute on a perfume bottle sized pack.
The machine utilizes the best of the servo and mechanical worlds. Motions which need to change for different product sizes are driven by servo motor for ease of size adjustment whilst those motions that remain fixed when the size is changed are driven by just one AC motor.
Options for the machine include a film slitter which enables a reduced number of film sizes to be stocked and a independent pack drive system which means that no wrapped pack is in contact with another as the machine is running. |
