We offer a range of vial/syringe inspection, filling systems both semi and fully automatic systems. In addition to this we offer syringe de-nesting, plunger insertion systems for very precise filling for the pharmaceutical markets.

Vials are loaded on the Rollers with the Hi-Spin support down.  Lift the rail and the Hi-Spin starts for a few seconds (variable timer), when the Hi-Spin stops the Lo-Spin starts, a light indicates time to start inspection. The Lo-Spin also has a variable timer to control inspection time. Lower the Hi-Spin support and inspect the cartridges. Remove the product, reload the new product and repeat the cycle. The inspection system has adjustable top and bottom Tyndall light and mirrors fluorescent lights on back of Rollers.
