HIGH-PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS
Stamfag punching tools offer the highest shaping precision. The CNC-controlled production process guarantees constant and absolute accuracy and further allows the production of identical repla-cement blades. The quality of the given characteristics influences the accuracy of the end products. Thanks to the parallel cutting crown STAMDUR and STAMCOR tools, absolute measuring accuracy is guaranteed, also for subsequent sharpening.
Stamfag punching tools are provided with adjustable separating slitters. This allows the cutting height of the waste slitters to be adapted to the punching knife's edge and thus prevents possible negative influences on the accuracy and shape of the punched goods.
Stamfag punching tools have an adjustable cutting geometry. The inner and outer angles can be adapted exactly to the nature of the paper. This optimal adjustment capability improves the sliding activity and increases the resistance to fracture.
Stamfag punching tools enjoy a well-organized sharpening service. Sharpening operations are performed professionally and without delay in the manufacturing plant in Küsnacht or in one of the authorized sharpening stations.

Punching Tools for Pressure Pad Machines
A special punching knife construction allows an extremely accurate punching work to be performed in counter-pressure processes. By pre-pressing the punching goods, the negative influences of the pillow formations can be massively reduced.
Punching Tools for Cheese Labels
The production of small labels is an extremely time and energy consuming process and thus costly. The Stamfag tools STAMCOR S10 and STAMDUR make it possible to manufacture double knives, enabling the procedure to be considerably rationalized.
