Blister Packaging for High Flexibility in Production

Thermoformed blistercups are available in various materials, such as A-PET, PET-GAG, PVC. Also coloured plastics and cardboard blisters are amongst the possibilities.
ACG Packaging has more than 40 packaging machines, of which 4 full-automatic blister lines. This ensures customers a high flexibility in production, where orders of 500 pieces to more than 5.000.000 pieces can be produced per production run. For some customers ACG Packaging produces up to 25.000.000 packaging units a year.
Furthermore, ACG Packaging has an own blister-production department, where blister cups can be designed and produced according to customer demand.
Skin Packaging for Product Packaging without any Tooling
Skin Packaging is a form of visual carded display packaging that tightly locks the product to backing board by using a heat formed film that closely conforms to the product and adheres to the board (vacuum), with the purpose of commercial display or industrial protection. Products can be packed through this method without any tooling.
Universally applied in the packaging areas such as hardware, stationary, toys, electronic components, printer accessories, auto parts, decorations, arts & crafts, glass items and so on.
ACG Packaging can offer a wide variety of boards and foils. The transparent and very strong skin foil also makes packaging of sharp objects possible.
High Frequency Welding for Optimal Protection Against Theft
High frequency welding is a method of welding 2 thermoplastic parts, in which the surfaces to be joined are heated by contact with electrodes of a high frequency electrical generator. The joined surfaces can only be separated again by using a knife or scissors to open the pack.
This packaging technique offers an optimal protection against theft, and is usually applied for packing heavier or expensive consumer products. A few examples: ink cartridges, mobile phones, batteries, perfumes, wrist watches, jewelry, phone accessories, computer games, etc.
Beside its excellent pilfer-proof properties, a high frequency pack also offers a nice presentation.
Manual Packaging for Tray Filling, Industrial Kit Assembling, Gluing and Other Applications
ACG Packaging also offers manual packaging, such as filling of trays, assembly of industrial kits, semi-automatic glueing, handling of promotions, filling of clamshell blisters, placing products into plastic bags,... and much more.
