Sigpack Systems, a Bosch Packaging Technology company, introduces a system solution combining the LDM MonoPacker Delta robot with innovative LTE tray-destacking technology. The automated LDM MonoPacker is ideal for filling containers with various similar product types such as confectionery and baked goods, chilled and frozen food, or non-food and pharmaceutical products.

Sigpack Systems developed this new integrated tray destacker to ensure consistently high operational availability of the LDM MonoPacker. This is reflected primarily in the safe destacking function for various tray types. In addition, the tray destacker can be quickly adapted to other common tray sizes or shapes with minimal effort and without changeparts. Its processing capacity includes rectangular and square shapes with widths of 50 to 300 millimeters, as well as lengths of 70 to 425 millimeters and round shapes with a diameter of up to 300 millimeters. The line's easy accessibility ensures fast and easy troubleshooting.

The LDM MonoPacker's transport belts with integrated vision control systems are a further advantage with regard to high operational availability. Sigpack Systems developed these belts in order to achieve better hygiene rates than those of traditional transport chains. The vision control systems recognize the shape and orientation of containers, which means there is no need for complex mechanical changeovers to new sizes or formats. The efficient operation and excellent reliability of Sigpack Systems' Delta robot system solution result in a reduction of overall operating costs.
