Sanstrap can be used just like a rubber band. With a few simple movements of the hand, and you will be able to secure your goods quickly and effectively.
Sanstrap with Half Pallets
Here are some simple steps to using the sanstrap with half pallets:
- pull the stretchband out of the box until the perforation seam appears. Tear along perforation
- open the stretchband to form a loop
- pull the stretchband around the top layer. The band will stretch by itself
Sanstrap with Full Pallets
Here are some simple steps to using the sanstrap with full pallets:
- pull the stretchband out of the box until the perforation seam appears. Tear along perforation
- pre-stretch the band for about 40 cm
- open the stretchband to form a loop
- pull the stretchband around the top layer. The band will stretch by itself
Examples:
- Sanstrap is an ideal means to secure loads on internal transports with jack lifts, fork trucks or an automatic conveyor system. The goods can be secured particularly quickly and also be unfastened equally rapidly without the use of further tools.
- Sanstrap can secure cardboard edges quickly without getting them stuck on the pallet load. The combined use is especially recommended for very fragile pieces or small packing units, since it links them particularly efficiently.
- To prevent goods from falling apart on the turntable, sanstrap can be used as an efficient means to pre-secure them when stretched.
- Cornerless pallet loads sometimes become unpredictable during transport. By linking them all together with sanstrap, the stability of buckets, drums, barrels etc. can be optimised.
- STRAPMAT, the automatic wrapping machine enables sanstrap to be integrated into a fully automised work process, for instance when pallets are secured for transport and storage on a high-shelf. If this is done with sanstrap, the goods can be consigned later without producing much packaging waste.
- Sanstrap is an ideal label carrier, when the label may not be attached directly to the goods.
