Horizontal Form Fill and Seal

QuadroPack offers a suitable sachet/ pouch technique for any product, both dry and liquid, designed to fit with various industries including food, chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, confectionary and health care.

An extensive range of horizontal packaging machinery with our customary excellent price-performance ratio, capable of handling an extensive selection of flexible pouches, covers virtually every packaging need.

QuadroPack builds small C-130, single dosing machines for 3 and 4 sided seal bags up to large frame base SD-180SDZ for stand-up pouches with zipper applications. The same large frame base can be used for spouting applications for liquids or viscous products in stand-up pouches. For high-speed applications we can offer an output of up to 280 pouches per minute.

VERTICAL FORM FILL AND SEAL

Vertical Form Fill and Seal [XVP High Performance Series]: The Quadropack High Performance assortment provides solutions for customers whose production requirements dictate particularly high performance/high precision industrial vertical packaging machinery with high output levels.

• The assortment offers state-of-the-art machinery that meet especially high sanitation, high durability, high output and high packaging versatility [e.g. packaging styles] requirements.

Vertical Stick Pack Machines: Quadropack offers a number of stickpack solutions. After early adoption of stickpacks by the food industry the stickpack has made its way to the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry. The obvious advantages of the stickpack; which are easy to open, allow for controlled pouring of content and a reduction of needed material [compared to sachets] go far in explaining its popularity.

Quadropack offers 3 different formats, suitable for products in powder, granule or liquid form, for shaping, filling and sealing three-sided stickpacks:

• The STP MS:  a medium speed version comprising up to 6 lanes and capable of packing up to 240 stickpacks per minute. 
• The STP HS: is designed for high speeds and can comprise up to 15 lanes [up to 750 stickpacks per minute] and is capable of producing the traditional single-portion sticks as well as the tetrahedral sticks.
• The Multiflex 180: following a unique modular represents a highly flexible solution allowing for flexibility in product type as well as production capacity.

PREFORMED (SPOUTED) POUCH FILLERS

Preformed Spouted Pouch Making: The flexible (stand-up) pouch, be it with zipper, spout or without is widely used and continues to achieve extremely positive market results. A great many of these pouches are pre-made [which come in a variety of shapes and configurations]. Less capital requirements, flexibility, benefit from manufactures' expertise in pouch design/printing, incorporation of value-added printing, laminating and recloseable elements and foodprint are some of its advantages. 

Quadropack offers a variety of machinery to fill and seal pre-made (stand-up) pouches with spout. The filling and sealing solutions range from semi-automatic to fully automatic high-speed continuous motion systems with speeds up to 12000 pouches per hour. Filling volume can range from 80 to 5000 ml.

LIQUID FILLING

Quadropack filling and capping solutions encompasses a wide range of product and container capabilities. Quadropack filling solutions enable the filling of liquid up to high-viscous products in a wide array of different containers. Our complementary capping solutions subsequently allow for the effective capping of the containers [e.g. bottles and jars]. Our equipment is designed to meet the requirements of today's place: high efficiency, minimum waste, fast change-overs and cleanability. Following a modular machine design Quadropack can provide individual problem solutions both fast and cost effective.

The filling and capping solutions offer you:

• High-speed line filling rates
• State-of-the-art volume and level control
• High dosing accuracy for all volume rangers from 20 ml up to 3.000 ml

The Quadropack linear piston fillers can be equipped with 4, 6, 8 filling cylinders, in accordance with the specified output requirements. The volumetric filling system allows for easy volume regulation.

FLOW WRAPPERS

QP-SG Flow Wrapper: The flow wrap machine is widely used in the packaging industry and remains one the packaging industry’s workhorses. Its success can be attributed to a number of strong suits. Flow-wrapping is both a simple and economical method for the high speed packing  as well as offers the capability to pack a wide variety of products across all industry types. The flow-wrapper is suited to bag non-uniform or pre-packed products.

Quadropack Flow pack solutions offer you:

• The QP-SG Pack-1: The Quadropack QP-SG-Pack-1 combines robustness, high versatility and speed with ease of use. The machine combines the latest in servo technology and control by Elau with a robust design needed to satisfy today's — and tomorrow's — consumer demand.
• The QP-SG Tevopharm pack-6 Retrofit: The retrofit package has been developed especially for the Tevopharm pack 6 flowpacker and is an attractive alternative for the investment in a new flow packer. The retrofit results in a electro-mechanical machine with amongst other things: lower changeover times (-100%),  shorter down time (-100%), increase in maximum packaging length (+100%) and higher output (+50%).

Multi-head Weighing [XWM High Performance Series]: Quadropack High Performance Weighing solutions represent our assortment of high performance high speed multihead weighers.
