BERICAP began the construction of a second plant for the production of closures in USA. The plant is located in South Carolina close to Spartanburg. With this location BERICAP will have three plants in total in North America - in Burlington/Ontario Canada, in Ontario California and South Carolina. Of these locations the west, the northeast and the southeast of the USA can be reached with relatively short routes of transportation.

The new plant will have initially 9000 m² of production and storage area. Extension on existing site is at any time possible. The plant is expected to be put into operation in 2nd quarter 2008. It serves to participate in the market growth of USA.
