In a picking project we will see to it that your products are picked from a machine or a feed belt in an organised fashion or at random and released on the location and in the manner of your choice.  To optimise the packing process of syringes and needles, Createch Engineering built a fully automatic packing line for the pharmaceutical sector. This packing line integrates 3 ABB FlexPickers. The first FlexPicker lays the syringes in the blister packs, the second adds the needles to the pack and the third picks the filled blister packs from the belt and places them in a cardboard manufacturing machine.

The syringe line packs 90 tot 120 syringes per minute.
