From 50gr up to 500gr the line is studied in every detail to assure the best performance and above all average line productivity close to 100%. What is really important is the average production rate that should be kept as high as possible by removing any cause of unexpected stops. Here is the experience achieved with the most important Italian and European producers that gives shape to a highly efficient plant that guarantees a very high average production capacity.
On request, it is possible, by means of an Ethernet card, to connect the weigher and wrapper to the MBP Service Center. It is therefore possible to support the operator during the machine setting or quickly identify the possible trouble and order the spare parts. It is possible to download software updates or remotely control the production data and/or recipes, production statistics and print data through a PC that includes Internet Explorer and is connected to the internet.
