GAS ANALYSERS
We offer both on-line and off-line analysers for measuring O2 or O2/CO2 combined in MA packages to ensure that e.g. food packages contain the correct gas composition, a spot test of these can be fast and effective with PBI-Dansensor´s head space gas analyser.

GAS MIXERS
The MAP Mix series (MAP Mix 9000, 9001 ME, 8000 EL and 7000 HC) is based on a proportional mixing principle especially designed for packaging machines and other industrial applications where the gases nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon and oxygen (inert gases) are used in a 2-gas or 3-gas combination.
The mixing principle of the MAP Mix series (9000, 9001 ME and 8000 EL) is very unique and can be used for all types of packaging machines, e.g. flow packaging machines and gas vacuum packaging machines. The PBI-Dansensor gas mixer is very user-friendly with high accuracy - also under conditions, usually causing problems for the repeatability of most other mixers.
Optionally: The mixers features detection of a too low gas inlet pressure with an alarm relay output to the external control. The standard version of the mixers can among others be combined with the microprocessor controlled high quality oxygen analyser MAP Check Combi from PBI-Dansensor.

New Mixers
Mechanical Proportional Gas Mixer MAP Mix 9001 ME
Mechanical proportional gas mixer for blending 2-3 gases. Our new series of proportional 2 & 3 gas mixers will cover 5 new buffer versions and 4 new flow versions. In front of the MAP Mix 9001 ME it is now possible precisely to adjust the gas flow with capacities from 25 – 1000 l/min. We believe that we have met the demand coming from the industrial segment where gas mixers are mounted on other machinery, like packaging machines, or as a part of other industrial processes.
Electronic Gas Mixers MAP Mix 8000 EL
This new generation of gas mixers can now be controlled via a PC user interface or from a PLC on the packaging machine. The mixer is developed in a robust and sturdy design, which makes it possible to place it anywhere in or on the packaging machine. Setting up the correct parameteres will be a simple and secure routine.
High Capacity Gas Mixers - Super Mixer - MAP Mix 7000 HC
Gas mixers to the food industry (gas packaging) are either directly installed on the packaging machine, thus allowing high flexibility - each machine can run with individual gas mixing - or all packaging machines are supplied from a central, high capacity gas mixer.
Our new high capacity gas mixers are mixing in a range from 50 – 200 m3/h that should meet every demand coming from the industry.
AUTOMATED GAS PURGING SYSTEMS
This product range offer total gas control by electronically integrated on-line gas analyser, gas mixer and proportional gas flow controller in the same unit.

LEAK DETECTORS
PBI-Dansensor's leak detection programme offers both in-line and off-line leak detection of food packages and crates.
Every food manufacturer is afraid of delivering leaky food packages to customers. PBI-Dansensor has developed an innovative and compact in-line non-destructive test system making it possible to test complete transport boxes. By using CO2, which is already present, as trace gas, in many MA packages it is now possible to test all packages shortly after they have left the packaging machines.
