Multivac has completely revised its online presence. The company is presenting its updated design at www.multivac.com. The contents of these pages were developed from a customer perspective. An example of this can be seen in how the menu items for applications and services are structured. The home page introduces the Multivac group in English and German – as a leading international manufacturer of packaging solutions based in Germany. The individual subsidiaries are presented in their respective languages.

What is essential: Solutions for the customer “During the transition to our new image, we fundamentally updated our entire online presentation,” states Klaus Müller, manager of the marketing communication at Multivac. “This included the visual coordination of colors, logo, and design elements, as well as a streamlining of the navigation. The contents are also focused on what is essential: solutions for the customers.”

In order to make the pages even more useful to the customers, the menu item “Packaging Solutions” was expanded considerably. Here the customers will now find numerous examples of solutions that are tailor-made for the specific requirements of their product area – whether they are food, sterilized medical products, or industrial and consumer articles.

The menu item “Service” contains the extensive offer of services: from the initial planning and consultation, the development of sample packages, and the validation and
calibration of the machine to the technical instruction and support. Every third Multivac employee is engaged in the consultation and service divisions.

Multivac: A company close to the customer At the start of www.multivac.com or www.multivac.de lies the central home page of the Multivac group with its internationally relevant subjects, such as machines and applications. At the moment this
www.multivac.com international section is available in German and English, but in the near future, the presentation is planned in a total of six global languages.

Someone looking for his local Multivac contact partner will find a list of subsidiaries on all continents under the menu item “Choose your country”. Here the companies of the
Multivac Group address the customers in their respective national languages. Of course you can also find the addresses of the representatives in countries without individual Multivac branches here.
