Bosch Confectionery & Chocolate Demonstrates Full Service Offering at Pack Expo Chicago
• Bosch demonstrates only full service offering in confectionary and chocolate • Newly designed RopeX 1020 extruder and rolling & scoring mill feature next generation technology • Displays and personnel in main hall as well as confectionery pavilion
Candy manufacturers visiting Pack Expo 2006 can gain an edge on business by visiting Bosch Confectionery & Chocolate experts and demonstrations at two locations: booth S-712 in the main packaging hall and in the confectionary pavilion booth N-6434. Bosch Confectionery & Chocolate is the sole full service provider for sugar-base goods offering the industry complete production lines for a wide range of candy including high-boiled candy, toffees, gums, jellies, and candy bars.
Bosch/Hansella, Sapal, Makat, and Togum are the Bosch Confectionery companies represented at the show. Togum is demonstrating a scale model of a next generation chewing gum line and Makat is showing a lab size candy depositing module. In addition to these demonstrations, Bosch’s various cooking systems will also be on display.
The new Togum rolling & scoring line for the chewing gum industry is made up of the new RopeX 1020 extruder as well as a new rolling & scoring mill. The main feature of the line is the first ever cantilever design that makes it more accessible and easy-to-clean, significantly increasing the production uptime and reducing the changeover time. The system also features a water cooling system that prevents gum from sticking to the rollers, especially important for sugar free products. The system also features fully automatic roller height adjustment for easy changeovers between different recipes and products.
