Blemain Finance has introduced a new service to help packaging brokers complete cases faster.

Packaging brokers can simply make a copy of signature ID, credit agreement, legal charge, application form and land registry office copies and highlight them with the words 'pre-approved title' and send these in addition to the legal and documentation pack. The case will be checked by the legal department as soon as it is received, rather than after it has been mandated.

The benefit to brokers is that the case can be considered funded once technical and mandating checks have been completed and any title issues are highlighted earlier in the process.

Gary Bailey, director of Blemain Finance Limited, said: “We are constantly looking for ways to offer more value to our brokers and I am delighted to help them be able to complete their deals quicker. This new pre-approved title service is in addition to recently launched new products and bypass schemes aimed at giving brokers more control and choice.”
