There has been 46,305 square feet of leasing activity recently in Airport Industrial Park.

Redwood Packaging Co. signed a 24,780-square-foot lease at 3860-3872 Delp St., a 119,601-square-foot building in Southeast Memphis.

Colliers Wilkinson & Snowden vice president Andy Cates and industrial specialist Preston Thomas represented Redwood, a California-based customized crating, pallets, cases and packaging services provider, in the lease negotiations.

Heli Americas, an existing tenant in the same building through a third-party logistics firm, renewed its lease for 21,525 square feet.

Andy Cates represented Heli Americas in the transaction.

Ryan George, market representative with ProLogis, was the landlord representative in both transactions.
