Chamber Machines for Vacuum and Gas Packing
Chamber machines are made for packaging products of many different types and sizes in pre-made film pouches. The product to be packaged is loaded into a film pouch and is placed in the vacuum chamber. When the lid has been closed, the air is withdrawn and a vacuum is created in the chamber and therefore also in the pouch. The pouch is either sealed with a vacuum or the chamber is filled with an inert gas to give a modified atmosphere pack.
Chamber machines are designed for universal use. Practically anything that fits in a pouch and a vacuum chamber can be packaged. Vacuum packers are mainly standard specifications that are adapted to the individual customer`s requirements by choosing from a selection of different options.
Relatively small investment is required. By that, small businesses are provided with the equipment they need to efficiently and economically produce retail packs and supply packs. Larger companies benefit above all from the possibility to easily package various product sizes.
