The Mixing Equipment is a traditional Twin Shaft Mixer with independently driven side by side placed mixing wings and two outlet-gates. The mixing flexibility ranges from gentle stirring - via mixing / tumbling - to intensive protein extraction mixing. It is a high performance mixer with intermeshing and level displaced mixing wings to provide intensive and homogeneous mixing of all products regardless of product stickiness and viscosity. It meets the ultra short mixing time demand set by hamburger producers. |
