Threaded Scew Caps, Jar Bottle Caps and other Bottle Closures
Threaded Screw Caps
We currently produce a vast range of continuous thread CT screw caps with sizes ranging from 18mm dia. Up to 103mm dia. to standard neck threads. They can be produced in either Aluminium or Tinplate and can be decorated to customer`s requirements. Embossing is also a possibility on a number of sizes and confirmation of which sizes can be obtained upon request. Screw caps can be produced, using various types of liners, such as: Expanded Polyethylene (EPE); PVDC (flowed-in seal); Aluminium Foil and even with a tamper-proof IHS liner. Our caps are sold worldwide for use by food and beverage, cosmetics, healthcare and pharmaceutical companies.
Roll-on & Roll-on Pilfer-proof
We produce a tailor-made range of Roll-on Aluminium shells, in two varieties. Roll-On, and Roll-On Pilfer-proof.
Pharmaceutical Caps
Our pharmaceutical range of caps is made from aluminium. We provide a choice of six sizes, from 18mm to 31mm pre-threaded closures. The depth is designed to accept up to a 2.8mm thick rubber wad. All caps are manufactured with or without a pierced hole in order to accept a hypodermic syringe.
The rubber wad is approved to BS 2463 1962 and is therefore suitable for pharmaceutical purposes. We can cut it to any specified thickness using our own cutting machines, and it is also suitable for autoclaving. These deep aluminium caps can also be supplied ready assembled with EPE or woodpulp wads.
Composite Tube Ends
We produce a standard range of ends for composite tubes. The ends can be either flat or dished, and supplied with or without embossing. If required, the ends can be decorated appropriately to accommodate branding requirements. For example, many of our customers for this product are in the Whisky business, and require the ends to be decorated to ``match`` the tubes containing the bottle.
Our tube ends suit card and paper composites as well as many other materials, and are seen as crucial to the premier brand image for most of the major whisky brands, as well as French brandies and Champagnes.
