Having set new standards in terms of performance, process reliability, investment protection, cost-efficiency and flexibility with the high-performance thermoformer PowerPakNT CFS Tiromat now follows up with PowerPakRT, the machine for medium-sized capacities showed at the ComPaMed exhibition taking place 19 – 21 November in Duesseldorf – Stand J27 in hall 8b.

Perfection in medical packaging
Retention of proven technologies and introducing special low-cost solutions where necessary – these were the ideas behind the development of the CFS PowerPakRT. Important features like machine reliability, user-friendliness, open access to machine functions and flexibility have been retained. The product-specific packaging of medical and pharmaceutical items places particularly tough demands on the packaging machines used. Many of the design details in the new generation of CFS thermoformers have been specially modified for applications in the field of medical packaging. For example, the CFS PowerPakNT has pressure systems with widened sealing frames, additional temperature sensors, and sensors for monitoring input pressure. The machine is made up entirely of plug-and-play functional modules, which can be combined exactly as required by the customer.

The modular design of the CFS PowerPakRT gives the operator the flexibility to react to changing standards and requirements. In addition, all of the processes in this machine concept have been optimised in order to enhance performance even further. This means increased machine up-time thanks to a reduction in maintenance and retooling times. CFS Tiromat’s product range is supplemented by the world’s largest portfolio of integrated printing and labelling systems to ensure that the optimum solution is available for every situation.

The CFS PowerPakRT has been designed consistently according to CFS’ philosophy of Lifecycle Performance.
