M.A.G. For Plastics Ltd. was established in 1987 and it specializes in the production of disposable transparent plastic packaging for fruit and vegetables, candies, pastry products, etc. It also specializes in the marketing of various types of deciduous fruit.
The company is one of the most important manufacturers in the branch in the Israeli market. Its products are considered to be of high quality and are marketed throughout the country. They meet the requirements of the American and the European market for packaging agricultural products for exports such as cherry tomatoes, strawberries, dates, grapes, etc. And about 3.5 years ago the company started marketing some of its products directly to the U.S.A.
In addition to all the plastic packaging items, our existing products today include a wide range of trays and punnets more than 200 types of products for packing fruit, vegetables, pastry, bakery, meat and other food packaging products.
Most of our packaging products are manufactured from PET raw material which is friendly to the environment and which can be recycled. It can come into direct contact with food (dry or fresh).
Research and Development Department
The R and D is the guarantee for the industry long-term existence. We are of course continuously engage in market research, continuously learn the requirements of consumer and develop new packaging moulds to meet our customer requirements.
Marketing Channels and Policy
The company markets its products mainly through large wholesalers and without any exclusivist to anyone for marketing. This policy we adopted in M.A.G. For Plastics Ltd. and will continue it in the future.
Quality Control
Above all the company`s target is the client`s satisfaction, through quality control, maximum service and delivery wherever and whenever demanded.
Since 1999 we have implemented and maintain a Quality Management System which fulfils the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 Standard. And recently as answer to the European Market Requirement we have implemented the BRC/IOP Global Standard-Food packaging and other packaging material.
