QuadroPack offers a suitable sachet technique for any product, both dry and liquid, designed to fit with various industries including food, chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, confectionary and health care.
An extensive range of horizontal packaging machinery with our customary excellent price-performance ratio, capable of handling an extensive selection of flexible pouches, covers virtually every packaging need.
QuadroPack builds small HP-130, single dosing machines for 3 and 4 sided seal bags up to large frame base SHP-180S/Z for stand-up pouches with zipper applications. The same large frame base can be used for spouting applications for liquids or viscous products in stand-up pouches. For high-speed applications we can offer an output of up to 280 pouches per minute.

Vertical Stick Pack Machines
Quadropack offers a number of stickpack solutions. After early adoption of stickpacks by the food industry the stickpack has made its way to the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry. The obvious advantages of the stickpack; which are easy to open, allow for controlled pouring of content and a reduction of needed material [compared to sachets] go far in explaining its popularity.
Quadropack offers 3 different formats, suitable for products in powder, granule or liquid form, for shaping, filling and sealing three-sided stickpacks: the first is a medium speed version - the STP MS -, comprising up to 6 lanes and capable of packing up to 240 stickpacks per minute. The second version - the STP HS - is designed for high speeds and can comprise up to 15 lanes [up to 750 stickpacks per minute] and is capable of producing the traditional single-portion sticks as well as the tetrahedral sticks. The third version - the Multiflex 180 - following a unique modular represents a highly flexible solution allowing for flexibility in product type as well as production capacity.

Rotary and Linear Cup Filing and Sealing
Cup filling & Sealing ensure the volumetric dosing of liquid or pasty products, the sealing of recipients by heat sealing techniques and the installation of caps, covers and capsules.
Quadropack cup filling and sealing machine are suitable for liquids, liquid and pasty products or dry and granular products. Specific fields of application for the filling and closing machines in rotary design include among others:

Weighing and Dosing
The Weigher represents an essential element within a production line. As a result Weighers have the ability to accelerate throughput and increase the speed and efficiency of the production line. The Multihead Weigher, available in 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 head configuration, weighs products efficiently and accurately at high speeds and has been designed to handle almost any type of food product as well as non food applications.
QuadroPack offers checkweighers for the food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics/hygiene, logistics and packaging industries. The modular construction makes cleaning easy and keeps maintenance to a minimum. Various options are available to meet specific customer requirements.
