This machine is designed to automate the process of placing plastic lids onto the punnets, which are used for packing fruits, vegetables etc. Our lidding machine is available in two versions with single or double lidding line. The double lidding line operates with the speed of 80 punnets per minute and the single lidding line works with the speed of 40 punnets per minute. It consists of punnet magazine, lid placing unit with exchangeable holders, cup lifting unit during placing the lids and main steering box with LCD panel. |
