Typically, hot melt case and carton sealing is achieved using hot melt adhesives that melt at 170-180˚C; often causing charring. As a result equipment needs frequent cleaning and replacing, causing line downtime; costing time and money.

With a melt temperature of only 90-100˚C, charred adhesive never has a chance to form - eliminating a major cause of production line disruption. EASY-PAC is an integrated, closed system incorporating a hot melt dispensing unit, auto-fill vacuum feeder, new hoses and nozzles, convenient adhesive storage bin, and high-stability, char-free hot melt adhesive that operates at the lowest temperature in the industry, 90-100 degrees Celsius.
